EXPAND

EXPAND invites you to open to new practices to nurture your wholeness. Come to connect with the Elements (earth, water, fire, air, and heart) through guided meditation, altar making, and embodiment practices. The elements will guide us to what will attend to the hearts gathered in the virtual space. We may dance together to ignite our inner flame, or we may learn a new breath pattern for building energy; whatever is activated will be to serve the highest good of your EXPANSION.

Whether you are new to elemental work or you have been doing this for decades, this offering is for YOU. If you allow it, our time together will give energy to new ideas, practices, relationships, and ways of being. If you are ready to receive,  you will experience nurturing for your body, heart, and spirit to act BOLDLY and embody your BIRTHRIGHT of abundance, joy, and unconditional love.

To prepare for the space I ask that you write, move, and/or speak responses to the following questions:

1. What if you organized your life around your expansion?

2. What relationships would you pour your heart into?

3. What habits would you release?

4. What calls from the land would you listen to?

   
   

It will also be helpful for you set up an altar with items representing each element - earth, water, fire, air and heart. If you are new to having an altar, I have shared a bit about my altar making practice here. I hope this inspires you to develop your own altar practice.

Solidarity Economy Reciprocity: In this season of my life I am identifying what can be gifted, and what requires an energetic financial exchange. For this offering an energetic exchange is needed to honor my time in crafting the experience and holding the space. There are few options:
