Evolutionary Manhood™ engages manhood as an ever-evolving aspect of self requiring ongoing praxis to uncover your authenticity. Through Evolutionary Manhood™, I guide leaders in the Men's Work Movement through the creation of individual initiation rites, curate communities of practice to learn and grow together, and partner with media outlets to tell the stories of Men and Masculinities often marginalized in society. A depth - leadership approach, Evolutionary Manhood™ asks men to seek more awareness of the kaleidoscope of manhood as a core component of transformational leadership.
Guided Initiations
Guided Initiations unlock spiritual development tools to add depth to your leadership. Our collaboration will create a sacred container where we will root in land, spirit, ancestors and the vast feminine. From this grounding we will discover your authentic initiation rites to work with your woundedness and the thresholds of life. If you are ready to mature your manhood, evolve your spirit, and ground your leadership Guided Initiations are the place to come home to the sacredness of manhood.
Wholistic and Affirming Men's SpacesTM
Wholistic and Affirming Men’s Spaces™ is a community of practice for leaders in the Men's Work movement to increase their awareness and practice of working with a wide spectrum of men through circles, groups, events, and coaching. Through Wholistic and Affirming Men’s Spaces™, you will deepen your capacity by applying a range of theories, practices, and strategies to enhance experiences of belonging, wholeness, and affirmation for all men.
If you are willing to take risks, be transparent, and hold other men as they shift reality then you will feel right at home.
As a community of practice, Wholistic and Affirming Men’s Spaces™ invites leaders into a deep process of self-discovery, learning, and relationship building. This is a place where we will use love as our guide to help sharpen our skills and take risks with heart-centered action.
